Activity Classification

Classification is a layer on top of canonical rows. It never overwrites dex.trades or token.transfers.

Coming Soon (Phase 4). activity.classifications labels who did what, and flags internal movement so volume is not counted twice.

The conservative default is unclassified. Over-labeling is more expensive to unwind than a gap.

Consumers who want raw protocol mechanics should keep using the canonical tables.
