Entity Attribution

An address is not an entity. Attribution is a scored mapping, published with the evidence that produced the score.

Coming Soon (Phase 4). The table will be entity.attributions, with a required confidence column.

Most addresses will remain unlabeled. That is the correct default. Downstream models that need a name must filter on confidence, not coalesce null to a fake entity.
